Looking to intensify your workouts from home? Try the Gym Junkie Stage 2 Home Gym Kit. Featuring a half rack with cable extensions, a barbell, bumper plates and an adjustable bench, you’ve got everything you need to get started and no excuse not to.

Easy to assemble and giving you everything you need for an intense workout; the half rack can withstand up to 350kg in weight. Practice pull-ups, triceps dips and other upper body exercises whenever the motivation strikes.

As well as the rack, the Stage 2 Kit comes with a heavy-duty barbell and a range of bumper plates. Work your way through the ranks starting with the 5kg plates, or dive into a combination for heavier weight. Made from solid rubber with stainless steel centers, the plates absorb impact on and off the barbell. Each plate comes in the IWF standard 45cm diameter.

Finally, the Stage 2 Home Gym Kit features our fully adjustable bench for weight training. With 7 backrest angles and 4 seat levels, the bench can be adjusted to any level that suits your workout. The leg or foot hold adds even more usability, allowing you to target the core during sit ups and crunches.
