PROCESSING TIME

ORDER PLACED

Once you have placed your order through our online store you will immediately enter the queue for the distribution team to package up and prepare your items for the courier to collect.

SHIPPING TIME

ORDER SHIPPED

Orders placed before 1pm: We will aim to have these collected by the courier the same day, however, this is not guaranteed and it may go the following morning.
Orders placed after 1pm: Will be collected by the courier the following morning, if you order after 2pm on Friday or anytime in the weekend then you can expect your package to be collected by the courier Monday morning.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

ORDER DELIVERED

North Island deliveries are typically overnight.
South Island delivery is usually 2 - 3 nights.
If you are rural then please be patient and allow for an additional day for the driver to reach you.
If your package is damaged during transit there is no need to stress as you simply need to contact us, we will replace the damaged item and will organize for the courier to collect the damaged product from you to be sent back to us.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • How much will shipping cost?

Unfortunately, being Gym Equipment this stuff is not only big and bulky but very heavy, this means that to courier it around New Zealand can be very expensive, for Auckland orders our team will the deliver the goods to you for a flat fee of $15, however, for out of Auckland delivery the cost is dependant on the product weight and size, you can check the cost of delivery at the checkout page.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to residential or commercial addresses in New Zealand, If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to our support specialists via our Contact Form. Our team will convey your request directly to our courier partners, who will try their best to meet your request.

**PO Box and RURAL address may only be able to purchase certain product due to the size of the boxes - please call our team to confirm any questions**

  • How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland. Once you’ve placed your order, If you order before 1pm weekdays you can expect your order to be collected by the courier the same afternoon, after 1pm will be sent the following day. 95% of our orders are delivered within 1-3 working days for the North Island, and 3-4 working days for the South Island.* Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

  • Are all deliveries delivered to my door?

Unfortunately No, we do our best but the couriers will not take items if they are oversized or overweight, this means you will just need to head down to your local courier depot to collect them and don't worry we will keep you in the loop to make this process as easy as possible.

  • My order was delivered at different times?

Yes this can happen from time to time, our products are very large so in the event where a customer purchases a Grow Kit or multiple large items we will send these at the same time but in separate boxes, if you have received part of your order, don't worry, it simply means that package has made its way through the courier system faster and your remaining items will be with you very shortly.
