Home Gym - Stage 1

Easy to assemble and giving you everything you need for an intense workout; the set can withstand up to 350kg in weight. Practice pull-ups, triceps dips and other upper body exercises whenever the motivation strikes.

As well as the rack, the Stage 1 Kit comes with a heavy-duty barbell with 2 20kg bumper plates. Made from solid rubber with stainless steel centers, the plates absorb impact on and off the barbell. Coming in the IWF standard 45cm diameter, the plates are 7.2cm thick.

Finally, the Stage 1 Home Gym Kit features our fully adjustable bench for weight training. With 7 backrest angles and 4 seat levels, the bench can be adjusted to any level that suits your workout. The leg or foot hold adds even more usability, allowing you to target the core during sit ups and crunches.
