To really up your training, try the Gym Junkie Stage 3 Home Gym Kit. This set features the Power Rack, Barbell, Adjustable Bench and 2 X 20kg Tri-grip rubber plates, 2x 10kg tri-grip rubber plates and 2x5kg tri-grip rubber plates, it’s got everything you need, and you’ve got no excuse.
Gym Junkie’s Power Rack offers an incredibly heavy-duty steel frame which can be bolted down to the floor for extra stability, so you don’t need to worry how hard your workout gets. Supporting up to 350kg, the Power Rack is ideal for both beginners and experts looking to work on their pull ups, tri-cep dips, muscle ups and barbell work.
The rack is fully adjustable with 16 levels to help you reach a comfortable position to get the most out of your regime.
As well as the rack, the Stage 3 Kit comes with a heavy-duty barbell with 2 20kg bumper plates. Made from solid rubber with stainless steel centers, the plates absorb impact on and off the barbell. Coming in the IWF standard 45cm diameter, the plates are 7.2cm thick.
Finally, the Stage 3 Home Gym Kit features our fully adjustable bench for weight training. With 7 backrest angles and 4 seat levels, the bench can be adjusted to any level that suits your workout. The leg or foot hold adds even more usability, allowing you to target the core during sit ups and crunches.

This set up is amazing. Gear is great quality, feels solid and like it will last. The black on black looks sharp. The power cage isn’t too tall or wide so can fit in a garage nicely. Get this with some smart dumbbells and you’re set.
