Our certified Flat Bench is Ideal for a range of Strength exercises, packed into a 60mm X 60mm X 3mm steel frame, Perfect for the home gym without committing to a full Adjustable bench, 70mm thick pad with non slip fabric, easy to assemble and perfect for supporting your workout.

  • 75mm x 75mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel frame
  • Maximum capacity of over 500kg
  • Built in handle and castors for easy movement
  • Anti slip pad provides user with additional stability during exercises
  • Fitted with our Ultimate pad as standard
  • Bench meets all IPF requirements in terms of height, width and length
  • Please note we also offer conversion kits to convert our standard M3 bench into this single leg design. We do not currently offer the reverse.

Delivery & Warranty

Order Processing:
When you order through our online store, we get your items ready for pickup at 153 Hepburn Road, Glendene, or for courier delivery. You're also welcome to swing by our shop to purchase.
Order Pickup:
Orders before 12pm: We aim for same-day pickup. It may go the following morning.
Orders after 12pm: Pickup occurs the following morning.
Weekend orders or after 12pm on Friday: Pickup is on Monday morning.

Courier Delivery Time:
For most NZ locations, expect delivery in 2-3 business days. for large items like barbells & squat racks home delivery may not be possible so these are sent to your nearest ARAMEX depot for you to collect, don't worry our team will be in touch after you order to inform you of the delivery process and ensure it works for you.For more details please visit our delivery page HERE

V1 bench

V1 bench, very high quality with the thick padding i was wanting to protect the knee cap when doing nordic hamstring exercise using a weight belt to anchor lower leg. Shipment took a while due to courier issues but got sorted in the end.
