If you experience an issue, simply contact us. We’ll arrange a return label and courier pickup from your location. Once the item arrives at our Auckland facility, we’ll test it:- If there’s no fault, you’ll cover return shipping costs.
- If a fault is found, we’ll repair or replace your product and cover courier expenses both ways.

Loving my power rack. It's robust and chunky, and looks great in my home gym. I mainly bought this for pull ups, weighted pulls and gym ring work, and it's perfect for it. The pull up bar is easy to grip.

The power rack and attachments are good and solid except the dip bars handles facing the wrong direction, they're completely useless.
Easy to assemble, does not take up to much room. With the power rack you do not need to worry about dropping weights etc.

Really impressed with how solid this thing is once it's all put together. I was quite worried about stability given how affordable this is, but I tested it by getting 150kg swinging from the pullup bar and it barely moved. Also a great rack if you're on the taller side, particularly with the pullup bar height.
Power rack is great quality, easy to put together, very sturdy. Super happy with my purchase.

After waiting for almost 2 months for a Rack that we had ordered and paid for from another company, We decided to call Gymjunkie on a Thursday afternoon.
The guy on the phone confirmed they had it in stock if I ordered it know I could have it ASAP (hear we go again, same promise from the other company).
We ordered the Power Rack just before the cut off time - thinking that it might arrive in a week or a month or two..............We then got a message saying that they could deliver the power rack the day after I ordered it, almost choked on my protein shake.
Next day comes around they call me to say they will deliver 8pm that evening if that's ok, I replied 'Hell Yea Bro!'
We had it sitting in our garage at 6pm the day after we ordered it.

The product was so easy to put together its exactly what we needed in our life.
My only small gripe "hence not giving 5 stars" is that we were short on the number of bolts required, But when you have a wife that's been itching to lift shit for 2 months you do what you can to accommodate. PEACE!!!
