If you experience an issue, simply contact us. We’ll arrange a return label and courier pickup from your location. Once the item arrives at our Auckland facility, we’ll test it:- If there’s no fault, you’ll cover return shipping costs.

I have purchased home package stage 1 and it looks and feels great with reasonable price. Doesn’t feel too far off from the gear used at the high end commercial gym in my opinion. Only defect I had noticed was when assembling cable pull attachment onto the half rack bar, set of bolts were too short so I had to run to Bunnings and get some more longer M10 bolts. But no complaints as cable pull attachment was received as a promotion! Overall great stuff, see myself coming back for more kits
Received the home gym stage 1 the other day after excellent service from Matt. Arrived in about 2-3 days which was much faster than expected from Auckland to Christchurch. Takes a bit of time to assemble, but once done, I can only say good things about it. Although not quite your highest end gym quality, it is very sturdy piece of gear, and so great finally having some quality equipment at home.
