The Gym Junkie Adjustable Bench for weight training is specifically designed to be fully adjustable for easy movement. The bench has 7 different backrest angles and 4 seat angles – giving you plenty of options for making your workout harder and more intense, great for all of your dumbbell curls and barbell lifts There’s also an adjustable foot rest to engage the abs while crunching or practicing sit ups.
Benches are a great home gym item and can be used for bench presses, dumbbell exercises and core strength training. With an extra thick padding, the bench is comfortable and easy to wipe clean.

Order Pickup:
Orders before 12pm: We aim for same-day pickup. It may go the following morning.
Orders after 12pm: Pickup occurs the following morning.
Weekend orders or after 12pm on Friday: Pickup is on Monday morning.
Courier Delivery Time:

This bench is very solid and sturdy, easy to assemble and easy to move around
I’ve had a few benches in my time but this one is tops. Sturdy construction, really easy to assemble, made of good quality material and the non slip material makes it feel so much safer on the decline/inclines. Also, compared to others, very reasonably priced. Absolutely love it. Finally, awesome service. I highly recommend this branch and Gymjunkie.

Gym Bench is great. But the pickup service is slower than the delivery service.

I found that it was easy to assemble and adjust the bench position for use.
Thought it was expensive at first, but turns out it’s a solid bench that’s totally worth the price. Took me about an hour to put it together, with the right tools, but the instructions were super clear.

Bought this bench as a Christmas Prezzy for my partner, he absolutely loves it! Super sturdy and really easy to assemble. Only loses a star because website said it was in stock, but it wasn't. Due to issues with the stocker, it took a month 1/2 to receive. Partner hasn't had issues in the past so might have been a one off.
Purchased as a long shot as I’ve not had a good run with online retailers. However, bench lives up to its advertising. Super comfortable and sturdy. Definitely recommend this for a home gym.
