It’s ONLY women and ALL about you! This programme will introduce you to the CrossFit training method and our healthy eating plan – Zone Nutrition. We’ll teach you fundamental exercises and movements that will set you up with solid CrossFit foundations and deliver amazing results.

This programme is for all women new to CrossFit regardless of current fitness or ability level.

It's only available at CrossFit Auckland, Gate 3, 402 Albany Highway, Albany, Auckland.

Next Programme Starts: Saturday 24th July - with the Zone Nutrition Seminar
6am Tuesday and Thursday, 7am Saturday – from 27th July
(12wk programme concludes Saturday 16th October just in time for Spring/Summer!)
